What's inside each box?
We take great care in curating each gift box and design your boxes to perfection, we ship exactly what you see on each product page. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, one of our gifting specialists will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value (and aesthetic).
Do Gifts comes with a notecard?
Each gift includes a hand-written note of your choice. You simply provide us with a message and we handle the rest.
What is Your returen & exchange policy?
All sales are final. (But trust us they'll love it). We take great care to ensure your gift arrives looking great! If your gift arrives worse for the wear, or you have any suggestions for how we can serve you better, let us know! Having trouble with your order? Shipping & Delivery

How Long will it take for my gift to ship?
Gray Jay gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver our gifts to all over Canada. If you would like to send a gift internationally, we may be able to accomodate it. Connect with us at hello@grayjaygifts.com
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we do. Local delivery is offered in Edmonton and surrounding area, including Leduc, Sherwood Park, and St. Albert.
Do you offer pick up?
Yes we do. Local Pickup instruction will be sent to your email once order is ready for pickup.
