Boxes and Products

What's inside each box?

We take great care in curating each gift box and design your boxes to perfection, we ship exactly what you see on each product page. On the rare occasion that we are out of stock on a particular item, one of our gifting specialists will personally contact you with options of equal or greater value (and aesthetic).

Do the boxes come with a note?

Each gift includes a hand-written note of your choice. You simply provide us with a message and we handle the rest.

What is your return & exchange policy?

All sales are final. (But trust us they'll love it). We take great care to ensure your gift arrives looking great! If your gift arrives worse for the wear, or you have any suggestions for how we can serve you better, let us know! Having trouble with your order? How long will it take for my order to ship?

Gray Jay gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days.

The delivery my my gift was unsuccesful, now what?

We're here to help call carriers, companies to track down packages, but there is only so much we can do. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error, most often an incorrectly inputted address, reach out to us and we're happy to assist.

Custom gifts

Do you make custom gifts?

We love curating gifts from the products we are partnered with to create a client gift that best reflects your work, your branding, and your company! We are happy to send your client gifts either to you all at once, or directly to your clients with each booking. We have a minimum order of 15 gifts for client gifting.

Do you make wedding welcome gifts?
